1400 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 1400 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1400 platform (including the website, mobile app and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using 1400 immediately. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those updated terms.

1400 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

Account creation, security, and user responsibilities

Account registration

To access the full features of 1400, you are required to register a valid account with accurate and complete information. Each user is permitted one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

Account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 1400 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your disclosure of your password to a third party, or from any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to us immediately at [email protected].

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout use of the platform is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.

Platform usage rules and prohibited conduct

Users of 1400 agree to comply with all platform usage rules. Use of the platform is limited strictly to lawful entertainment and betting purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting bugs, system errors, or any technical vulnerabilities.
Distributing unlawful, harmful, or offensive content through any communication channel on the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance in certain circumstances, and legal action where applicable.

Payment, transaction, and MYR currency information

Currency and payment methods

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on 1400 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and major Malaysian online banking. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is legitimately yours and not owned by a third party.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the payment processor. Minimum and maximum limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals and are subject to change — check the latest figures in your account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

Suspicious transactions and verification

1400 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, or where unusual transaction activity is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, requests for identity documents and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the required verification within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.

Liability limits, account policy, and intellectual property

Platform liability limits

1400 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service disruptions, technical delays, or system errors beyond our control. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount you have paid to the platform in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.

Account suspension and closure

1400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and at our sole discretion if you breach any of these terms, if we suspect fraud or illegal activity, or if required by law or regulatory authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the case.

Intellectual property

All content on the 1400 platform — including brand names, logos, text, interface designs, software, and other materials — is the property of 1400 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.

Third-party links

1400 may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. You access those links entirely at your own risk.

Changes to terms and applicable law

Right to amend terms

1400 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via in-platform notices or email where appropriate. It is your responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction.
